 | Remember when Naruto premiered in America in 2005? I do. While many of my friends were watching it in groups in their houses, I sat home, alone, and turned on cartoon network to see what the big fuss was about. It was a good anime, an anime I could have easily loved. Except for one flaw... "Believe it!" As I heard those words again and again every minute I became increasingly irritated at the series.  | Fall, 2007. I was sitting in my dorm room with the door open, relaxing after a stressful day of classes. I wasn't watching Bleach at the time, but for the sake of this story I will say I was. Anyway, I was watching Bleach when the faint sound of music came through the opening in the door. Normally I would just close the door, but the sound was catchy, so I left it open and went back to Bleach, still listening to the music in the background. As Ichigo prepared his bankai, I heard the following lyrics: "...Watch me crank it Watch me roll..." A few seconds later, Ichigo released his bankai on an unsuspecting hoe (if you wish to call Byakuya an unsuspecting hoe), thus, bankai-ing that. If you get excited whenever a bankai is released on a foe, then this shirt is for you.
